장비 상세설명
본 장비는 steel, tungsten carbide, or glass beads를 이용하여 생물학적 시료를 고속교반으로 파쇄하여 균질화 하는 목적으로 고안되었다. 본 장비와 함께 제공되는 다양한 종류의 bead와 adapter를 이용하여 동시에 2 x 24 microcentrifuge tubes (2mL), 2 x 16 5ml tube, 2 x 10ml Grinding Jar, 2 x 96 collection microtubes (rack), 50ml Tube Adapter 까지 시료를 처리할 수 있다. 1) 빠른 처리속도 ; 2-5분 안에 최대 192개까지 동시에 시료를 파쇄. 2) Adaptor cover가 시료간 오염을 방지. 3) 기계적 파쇄로 항상 동일한 결과를 유지. 4) 시료는 액상 혹은 건조 상태에서도 파쇄 가능.
