탄소섬유 접촉각 측정 장비는 탄소섬유와 같은 섬유상의 재료의 표면특성을 알수 있는 접촉각 및 표면장력을 측정하는 장비로서, 탄소섬유복합체 제작에있어 탄소섬유와 바인더의 혼합전 표면특성 평가함.

liquids on wetting materials after the modified Washburn method
- the dynamic contact angle and the surface energy of prismatic and cylindrical
testing bodies after the Wilhelmy method
- the static surface and interfacial tension of liquids
- the critical micelle formation concentration of surfactants (CMC) after the Wilhelmy
plate method or the du Noüy Ring method with automatic ring correction according
to Huh & Mason, Zuidema & Waters or Harkins & Jordan
For fully automated reproducibility measurements
Basic instrument with the following technical equipment:
- high precision electrodynamics compensation weighing system with automatic
calibrating function
- software controlled motorized height positioning of the sample containers with
variable speed
- integrated measuring and control electronics with digital thermometer
- graphical display for the display of the weighing data, the temperature and other
measuring status
- serial RS-232C-interface with connecting cable
- illuminated sample chamber with inlets for inert gas
- Pt100 temperature sensor for the installation in the liquid thermal unit
- integrated magnetic stirrer
- optional support (TH 70 or TH 50) for the attachment of a liquid dispensing tube
Prepared for the installation of a liquid thermal unit ( TV 50 / TV 70 / TV 70-NM
/ TV100) for mounting optional sample containers
