본 장비는 수직형 가스가압 소결로로써, 그라파이트 내부 발열체가 발열되어 원하는 특정 시험온도내에서 일정 가스압력하에 소결을 수행할 수 있으며, 희토자석의 수소취화 공정 기능을 추가한 다목적 가압 진공소결 및 수소분사 시스템임
