The non-contact Laser 3D Shape Measuring Machine is for the reverse engineering and inspection application that are highly required by various industries for new products development, innovated quality controls and higher productivity. The system should provide high-speed and high-accuracy. 1. Stand-Alone 3D Solid Form System: The system should consist of main body, laser probe, scanning software, and editing software. The four parts should be provided as a total solution from single maker. 2. Maximum 6 axes Available: The system should be available 6 axes to support our various research purpose. Also, this system should be fully controlled by main system without using an additional other controller. (1) 1~3 axes: Fully automatic CNC type XYZ (2) 4 axis: Fully automatically A-axis CNC Rotary Stage (CNC part rotation) (3) 5~6 axes: Fully Laser head rotation (VW axes) (4) Rotates measuring parts automatically and matches the data automatically 3. CNC Type with Z-search Function: The system should be CNC type that is operated automatically by program, and should have the Z-search function that automatically search Z-axis coordinates. 4. Gantry Type, Granite Base: The main body should be operated as Gantry type and the base should be made of a fine granite. 5. Drive System: Brushless, Non-contact linear motors, used the linear motor not necessary subsidiary facilities. 6. Controller: All drives of the system can be controlled with one main controller of the system without additional controllers.
