Data Acquisition System (1) Digital controller - Automatic recognition and calibration of transducers - System of units: SI, Metric, US Customary - Data sampling rate of 2500 Hz (or more) synchronous data logging on all channels - Load Measurement Accuracy : ±0.5% of reading down to 1/1000 of load cell capacity, or better - Strain Measurement accuracy : ±0.5% of reading down to 1/50 of full range, or better - Internal data sampling rate should be more than 40,000Hz. - 64bit DSP CPU. or better - Auto-ranging for simple operation and optimum data resolution should be standard. - Overload protection function should be standard. - Self identification function for load cell and extensometer should be standard. - Safety interlock function should be standard. - Should be setting and indicators in English, Metric and S.I units. - One-touch automatic calibration and balance for load and strain, automatic display ranging or load, extension and strain should be required. - On-board diagnostic should be standard.
