본 과제 “그린수소 생산 수전해 부품 개발지원 플랫폼 구축 사업”에서 구축된 장비임.
기존 주장비인 시차열중량분석기에 부대장비로써 PEM 수전해기의 운전환경 고려하여 주장비로부터 가열 환경을 구성하고 보조장비로부터 수소 환경 내 스텍 내 부품의 신뢰성 테스트를 위해 수소 반응 중에 생성되는 잔류 기체 중에서 수소(H2), 헬륨(He), 탄소(C)의 실시간 모니터링을 높은 분해능으로 측정 가능하며, 잔류가스가 분석기 내에 남아 있지 않고 빠르게 배출되는 물성 및 수소 반응성 평가 보조장비
