대면적 모듈의 전기적 특성을 측정하는 솔라시뮬레이터이다.
Pulsed Xenon lamp를 이용하여 태양광 모듈에 광원을 조사하고, 태양광 모듈의 전기적 특성(I-V)을 측정하는 장비이다. I-V 특성 분석을 통하여 여러가지 전기적인 파라미터 값(Pmax, Isc, Voc, FF 등)을 알아낼 수 있다.

The calculation of Pmax.BiFi
- In order to determine the bifacialities of the test specimen, the main I-V
characteristics of the front and the rear sides shall be measured at STC.
Bifacialities is the ratio between the main characteristics of the rear side
and front side of the bifacial PV device quantified by specific bifaciality
coefficients
- Max. peak power measured at different rear irradiances or equivalent
front irradiances and the rear irradiances driven power gain yield, BiFi
derived from the slope of the linear fit on Pmax.
