본 설비는 일반기계 구조물에서 흔히 발생하는 현상으로, 리벳 또는 볼트로 체결된 연결부, 항공기 터빈엔진의 블레이드와 디스크 접촉부 등 수많은 기계 연결부에서 발생하는데, 10~100micron의 미소 마찰거리에서 1~100Hz까지 초고속으로 마찰을 일으켜 Fretting 마모피로 현상을 만들어 시험 분석하는 장비로, 최대 100Hz의 안정적인 초고속 운동 생섬을 위하여 마찰마모 진동시험에 가장 적합한 Piezo Actuator를 적용하고,
안정적인 수직 하중 적용을 위하여 서보제어식 공압하중을 적용하여, 시험 중 마모입자 생성에도 재현성 있는 시험을 가능하게 하고, 초고속 마찰력 응답신호를 Piezo 타입의
센서로 빠르게 마찰력 신호를 획득 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 시험기 자쳬의 강성이 높고 특수 설계 되어, 시험기 자체 구조에도 프레팅 피로가 발생할 수 있는 문제를 최소화한 시험기입니다.

Data Acquisition and Control System;
-This machine has PC based sequence programmable control and data acquisition.
-Set-points may be adjusted by step change or ramp. The test sequence is followed unless interrupted by the operator or an alarm. Set-points may also be adjusted manually using on screen toggles.
