본 시험장비는 첨단항공 복합소재 복합재료, 금속재료의 인장시험, 압축시험 , 굽힘시험, 파괴인성시험, 피로시험 등 정적시험 및 동적시험을 수행하며 항공법 제 15조 감항증명 및 FAA 감항성 시험기준인 FAR Part 23 과 Part 25 를 충족시키기 위한 항공기 부품과 이를 구성하는 복합재료, 금속재료, 기초소재 및 부품의 일반인장, 압축 및 피로시험에 활용될 수 있는 장비임
□ Loading Frame Unit
- Dynamic load capacity: ±250 kN, fatigue rated

□ Hydraulic Actuator
- Nominal dynamic force rating of actuator: ±250 kN
- Displacement: 150 mm ( ± 75 mm )
- Servo-valves 15gpm and 2.5 gpm, 5-port for pilot pressure, Control signalcurrent: 25 mA (series), Servo-valves shall be mounted to the hydraulic actuator manifold.
- Closed-coupled pressure/return accumulator system should be included to reduce hydraulic fluctuation and the volume of accumulator should be one liter or more.
- Hydraulic performance: ±0.34 mm at 20 Hz of 75 kN dynamic loading condition
- During test setup like as specimen installation, the actuator should be moved in position control and its velocity limit should be slower than 10 mm/sec according to European Community Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
- Hydraulic actuator must be compatible with KTL`s existing hydraulic power unit.
□ Digital Control Electronics
- 8 channel or more analog input (±12.5V) for data acquisition
- Program generation resolution: 32 bit or higher
- Function generation by 32 bit process, standard haversine, square, and ramp
waveform.
- DDC (Direct digital control) bandwidth update rate: 6 kHz or faster
- Signal conditioner data sampling rate: 19 bit with 122 kHz or faster
- Adaptive control compensation: Peak-valley and null pacing.
- Handset for servo-hydraulic application must provide ability to adjust actuator, auto-offset signal, start/stop test, run hydraulic on/off and display system status (sensor signal, control mode)
- Digital control electronics must be compatible with KTL`s existing hydraulic power unit (Control and Emergency stop)
- Digital control electronics must be compatible with KTL`s existing extensometer, strain gage amp.
□ Hydraulic Grip Controller
- Pressure range: 1,500 to 10,000psi
- Stand alone type, Direct control valve for each grips
- Cross-ported check-valves that eliminate cross-talk between grips during clamping and un-clamping.
- The grip controller must provide an individual directional control valves for the upper and lower hydraulic grips, and adjustable grip closure rate with gauge for each grip.
□ Application Software
- Provides a software interface for configuring the controller and user interface to the test station.
- The user can enter and save user preference (units, valve adjustments, loop tuning) for recall at any time.
- Data acquisition (timed, P/V, level crossing, cyclic/logarithmic)
- The application software shall allow the operator to directly interact with the progress of the test through user definable software buttons.
□ Alignment fixture
- Alignment fixture should be integrated type with load frame.
- Alignment fixture force rating: 250kN
- Alignment fixture should be adjust concentricity and angularity of the test system load train to assure proper alignment.
- Industry standards: ASTM E1012, GES 400 (NADCAP), GE 450 or more
- Alignment fixture must be compatible with KTL`s existing 12-strain gaged alignment specimen and alignment tools (system)
□ Distribution Manifold Assembly
- 2channel, Pressure/Return/Drain with accumulator
- Distribution manifold must be compatible with KTL`s existing hydraulic power unit.
