본 설비는 금속 분말 생산용 아토마이저 설비로서, 고주파 유도 용해로에 모재를 장입하여 용해 후 초고압수에 의한 급속 냉각을 통해 불규칙 또는 규칙 형상의 분말을 제조하는 설비이다. 초순수제조장치 및 강전해수생성장치 등을 통한 청정분말 제조가 가능하다. 노즐의 교체를 통해 대기중분위기의 가스분사 시스템도 갖춘 장비이다.
