- 공초점 레이저 현미경은 레이저를 시료에 쏘아 일정한 파장의 빛을 발생시켜 대물렌즈에 반사되어, 초점이 정확하게 맞는 빛만을 핀홀로 분리한 뒤 검출기로 받아 디지털 신호로 바꿔 컴퓨터로 관찰한다. 레이저는 시료의 내부까지 깊이 침투할 수 있기 때문에 윗부분부터 아랫부분까지 단층 이미지를 촬영하면 시료표면의 단차 와 거칠기를 3차원 입체 영상으로 관찰할 수 있습니다
- 본 장비는 레이저 광원을 이용하여 시료표면의 거칠기를 측정하는 장비로 자동스테이지를 이용하여 넓은 영역 관찰과 핀홀을 통한 정밀한 3D 구현이 가능한 장비임
