1. 장비구성
1) M470 Scanning Electrochemical Microscope System
◦ SVP470 Scanning Vibrating Probe
- requires a TriCell, 1 x pstat/gstat/FRA
- includes two SVP probes and s/w
◦ LEIS470 Localized Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy System
- includes an LEIS probe, requires a potentiostat/FRA, 470BASE and TriCell
2) SP-300 Dual Potentiostat/Galvanostat with EIS system
◦ SP-300 chassis including EC-Lab software
◦ Potentiostat/galvanostat board with EIS for 300 series
◦ Cable with Ultra low current electrometer for 300 series (1.75 meter)

3) SVP470
- Signal Chain : Phase sensitive detection using microprocessor controlled lock-in amplifier with digital dual phase oscillator and differential electrometer input

- Differential electrometer : 1015 Ohms input impedance.
Decade gain ranges 0 to 80dB.
Common mode range ±12V
- Vibration actuator : One dimensional low voltage piezo-electric actuator
- Vibration amplitude : Software set from 1~30µm perpendicular to sample surface.
- Electrochemical sensitivity : Better than 5µA/cm2
