초고정수압 밀도화 처리장비는 난소결성 비산화물 복합소재 및 극환 환경용 세라믹 복합소재를 고온(~2000℃)에서 고압(30~200Mpa)으로 가스압(Ar 또는 N2)에 의하여 성형체 또는 소결체의 기공을 제거하여, 이론밀도에 근접한 고밀도 소재를 제조하는 장비로써,압력용기(Pressure vessel), 가열로(Furnace), 가스가압시스템(Compressor), 가스공급시스템(Gas supply), 냉각시스템(Cooling), 진공배기시스템(Vacuum pump), 제어시스템 등으로 구성되어 있습니다.
1. Pressure vessel
1-1) Certification ASME Section VIII, DIV. 2 or DIV 3 coded pressure vessel and KGS (Korea Gas Safety Cooperation) approved vessel
1-2) Vessel Type : Forged Monolithic cylinder or Wire wounded cylinder
1-3) Closure type Threaded or Yoke frame
1-4) Head handler Fully automatic head removal and closing system
1-5) Maximum working pressure 200 MPa or higher
1-6) Seals Anodized 6061-T6 Aluminum carrier ring with dual o-rings. Silicone top o-rings and Viton lower.
2.Furnace
