본 장비는 다양한 주파수대역에서 LTE 기지국 역할을 하는 애뮬레이터로서, 실험실내에서 LTE 이동통신시스템과 방송, 소출력 등 타 무선기기간 간섭분석 시험을 위해 필요. LTE 단말과 본 장비를 연결하여 LTE 링크를 구성한 후 타 무선기기의 신호를 인가해 통신 방식 상호간 간섭 영향을 평가ㆍ분석하는데 사용.
