1. This 3D printing system mainly works with the DMLS(Direct Metal Sintering) and could manufacture durable, precise and functional parts using the metal and alloy materials. 2. This 3D printing system builds the parts with scanning the fiber laser onto various powder materials such as steel, alloy, ceramics which are actually applied in the metal industry. 3. This 3D printing system does not require the separate support materials to build part. Additionally, users could define the support structure design. 4. The chamber of the system maintains a vacuum of 98% or more, and argon gas or nitrogen gas is filled inside of the chamber depend on the materials. 5. Material supply system and recycling system should perform automatically to enhance the safety and convenience for the user. Also, both of the systems could be installed inside of this main system or separated. 6. The completed parts are to be excellent in surface quality enough to be used right after removing all supports. It is possible to heat treated with the finished parts to acquire additional part properties 7. Post processing accessories and related supplemental equipment should be included in printing system. 8. The System should equipped Safety interlock System and available emergency stop all process. 9. Finished parts should be high quality with its density and precision and so that could be used in various ways as mold core, implants and tooth prosthesis. 10. All kinds of equipment and software training service should be provided by the certified engineer from its manufacturer.
