1) Analyzer
(1) High performance triple quadrupole mass analyzer
① Gold coated ceramic rod
② A prefilter is placed between the RF-only guide and the first mass filter to help
further focus the ions.
③ Self cleaning gas interface reduces the need for routine maintenance and ensures
maximal uptime and productivity by protecting the interface region and quadrupole
analyzer from contamination.
④ High pressure quadrupole linear accelerates collision cell follows the first mass filter
