1. General description 1.1 General The purpose of this specification is to describe the basic conditions and specification of GD-OES (Glow Discharge Optical Emission Spectroscopy) CHANNEL SYSTEM for existing SPECTRUMA GDA750.2. Features: 2.1 The channels can be installed in existing GDA750 2.2 The channels are to be detected elements in non-conducting coatings like various kinds of semiconductor samples and to analyze various coated elements on surface of PCBs. 2.3 This system a new “free running” RF-system not only reduces the tuning time resulting in a considerably improved resolution in top-surface layers but also makes the otherwise required matching procedure of the capacitor positions completely unnecessarily.

(6) Connection to GDS: 7/16 coaxial plug (7) Max. frequency shift 15 kHz Operation modes: (7)-1 constant U, Constant P (pressure) (7)-2 constant I, constant P (7)-3 constant U, constant I, P regulated (7)-4 constant I, constant U, P regulated4. Training 4.1. Basic application and maintenance training will be supplied during installation procedure.5. A.T (Acceptance Test) A.T shall be carried out under no load condition and under the instruction and guidance of SPECTRUMA engineer and the test procedure will be prepared by the supplier and approved by KITECH if the performance of the major units and sub-units satisfy the specification as given in the contract, within a month after installation and adjustment.○ 특징1.
