Metric threads, grade 12.9 body bolts.1.7 ADJUSTMENTSAlloy steel with lubricated metal replaceable thread block for smooth adjustment.1.8 DIE EXTERIOR- Ground and plated for ease of maintenance. Exterior of die is flash plated for ease of maintenance and rust prevention.1.10 DIE BODY WIRING1 control zones. Wired for 380 V 3 phase power source. High temperature wiring with cartridge heaters. Wiring is encased in a stainless steel cover for protection. The die can be opened for cleaning without disassembly of wiring system. Buried style wiring allows the die to be rested on wiring surface for maintenance. Ganged power lead 1.8 meter long with multi-pin power plug mounted on the left/right hand side when looking into the die lips and facing the lip adjustment system. These feedblocks & die are to produce a co-extrusion flat film composed of nano-layers with various polymer materials for developing special packaging applications.2. 10 differential push/pull lip adjusting points on 25.4mm centerline. 3. Manually controlled flexible lip adjusting system4. Smooth lip adjustment control on narrow centerlines allows extremely accurate control.5. This feedblock is easily change a layer percentage of the film line for developing other packaging applications.
