□ 원리 및 특징
1) 원리 : 중수소등이나 텅스텐 필라멘트에서 나온 빛이 Wavelength selector와 Slit에 의해 분해되고, 분해된 빛은 측정샘플로 도달하여 반사/투과의 양을 Detector가 감지하여서 수치화함
2) 특징 : NIR 영역까지의 광원을 사용하기 때문에 측정범위가 넓음, 적분구를 장착함으로 정밀한 측정 가능
