This system is for hermetic sealing between LD header and cap in N2 atmosphere. 2. This system is composed of upper and lower electrodes and moving units. 3. Electrode part is mainly composed of an electric die set for optical alignment and a Vidicon system. 4. Optical alignment is done automatically by visual inspection system which is connected with main machine set. 5. After operator sets the header to the lower electrode and sets the cap to the upper collet electrode and pushes the start button, then the System welds LD header and Cap after auto focusing and automatic optical alignment.
