- Test temperature : 35℃ ~ 50℃ ± 1℃
2) Neutral salt solution, 5%, dipping(immersion)test
(1) Solution temperature : (Room temperature + 10) ~ 60±1℃
Dipping test at 25℃ can be set and tested without temperature control.
3) Dry heat test
- Temperature control range : (R.T.+10℃)~ 70℃±1℃
- Humidity control range : 30±5%RH at 60℃~ 70℃
- Transition time : Within 20 min. from -20℃ to 35℃
4) Humid test
- Temperature control range : 50 ~ 70℃±1℃
- Humidity control range : 60 ~ 95±5%RH at 50℃
5) Water shower test for rinsing with 8 spray nozzle
6) Low temperature test
Temperature control range ; -20℃~ 20℃ ±1℃ with air-cooled type refrigerator
Transition time : Within 1 h from 25℃ to -20℃
7) Open air test
8) Cyclic test of above test
Test starting condition ;
- When the temperature is reached at a pre-set point, the other test is started.
- When the individual test is finished, the other test is started regardless of pre-set point.
