Ploidy determinations with the Partec PA Ploidy Analyser are performed by the precise _x000D_
measurement of the total DNA content of individual nuclei which can be derived from almost _x000D_
any plant tissue. The Ploidy Analyser measures the DNA content of many thousands of individual nuclei _x000D_
within seconds or minutes. The result is displayed as a DNA histogram in real time on a large LCD screen together with the ploidy level. ploidy analysis is extremely time and cost efficient. 3.Procedure for fresh or frozen plant material _x000D_

chop with a sharp razor blade in 0.5 ml of Partecsolution A in a plastic petri dish _x000D_
