- 고성능 치수 측정 현미경은 피측정물의 치수 측정,결점수 count, 및 깊이 측정을 Calibration을 통해 +/-2um 이내로 고정도 치수 측정이 가능하며 CCD카메라로 촬영한 사진을 합성하여 3차원 사진으로 구현이 가능한 s/w을 갖추어 초정밀 미세부품 치수 정밀 측정에 활용됨. 장비 구성 및 성능
- 고성능 치수 측정 현미경은 피측정물의 치수 측정,결점수 count, 및 깊이 측정을 Calibration을 통해 +/-2um 이내로 고정도 치수 측정이 가능하며 CCD카메라로 촬영한 사진을 합성하여 3차원 사진으로 구현이 가능한 s/w을 갖추어 초정밀 미세부품 치수 정밀 측정에 활용됨.
