다성분 가스를 정성, 정량 분석하는 장치. 연속 자동 분석을 할 수 있으므로 공업용으로서 널리 쓰이고 있음. 분석할 가스를 담체 가스에 혼합하여 흡착재를 충전한 분리관에 통하면 가스의 종류에 따라서 진행 속도가 다르므로 성분별로 되어서 출구에서 순차 나옴. 이 가스를 가스 분석계로 자동적으로 측정 기록하면 얻어진 곡선에서 시험하는 가스의 조성을 알 수 있음.
1. The GC is a state-of-the-art gas chromatograph that provides superior performance for all applications. Key to its performance is the use of advanced electronic pneumatic control (EPC) modules and high performance GC oven temperature control. Each EPC unit is optimized for its intended use with a specific inlet and detector option.
2. GC oven temperature control of the GC oven allows for fast and precise temperature ramping. Overall thermal performance provides optimal chromatography including peak symmetry, retention time repeatability, and retention index accuracy.
3. The combination of precise pneumatic and temperature control leads to extremely precise retention time reproducibility, which is the basis for all chromatographic measurement.
4. Capillary Flow Technology provides a new dimension inchromatography with reliable, leak-free, in-oven capillary connections that stand up to repeated GC oven cycling over time. The GC has enhanced firmware to extend Capillary Flow capabilities and enhanced data system software to simplify set-up and operation of backflush. These new tools make it easier to analyze complex matrices and unknowns, and provide gains in productivity and data integrity for routine analyses via 2-dimensional heart cutting, detector splitting, and column backflushing.
