1. This instrument must meet or exceed the requirements from ISO, ASTM, DIN, JIS, KS and other international standard for Material testing machine. 2. This instrument should be able to perform all kind of Materials testing including Printed Circuit Board, Plastis, Rubber, Foam, Metals, Paper, Textiles and etc. 3. All tests mentioned above should be performed with both PC and Installed Digital Controller. 4. Digital Controller should be able to display real time test results, load (or stress) and extension (or strain) simultaneously through LCD. 5. All units should be available, such as Metric, SI, Imperial and etc. 6. Over load protection, Safety Interlock and Recognition of load cell and extensometer should be standard function. 7. ISO9001 Certificate should be submitted. 8. Accreditation from ISO should be submitted.
