A. Feature
This specification describes the PVT (Pressure-Volume-Temperature) system which is complete system to study of the behavior of a wide range of materials at high pressures to 200Mpa and temperatures to more than 400℃.
1) The PVT system must be able to test the materials, including solid and molten plastics, elastomers, thermosets, composites, filled polymers, high and low molecular weight liquid crystalline systems, oils, solvents, solutions, pastes, suspensions, and many other types of materials.
2) The PVT system should use the bellows-piezometer principle together with a unique, disposable sample cup made from very thin nickel foil.
3) The obtained PVT data from the PVT system will be used for input into any injection molding process and other processing operations simulation programs for polymers.
4) The PVT system must be a complete system included the automatic pumping system, an apparatusfor filling the cell with confining fluid, computer, printer, plotter, all software, one sample cell, two calibrated bellows, and initial supply of expendable parts.

2) Temperature range : 25-400℃
3) Run Modes : Automatic operation through sophisticated computer control and data acquisition
